General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all light drone show services offered by Spectacle Drones, including:

• Drone shows for weddings
• Shows for corporate events
• Shows for festivals and municipalities
• Custom choreography creation

Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

2. Quote and order

All services are subject to a detailed quote.

The order is considered firm and final after:

• ✔ Written acceptance of the quote
• ✔ Payment of a 50% deposit

3. Pricing

Prices are expressed in euros excluding taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Prices vary according to the number of drones, show complexity and intervention location.

4. Payment terms

• 50% deposit upon order
• Balance due 7 days before the show

In case of non-payment, reserves the right to cancel the service. Spectacle Drones In case of non-payment, reserves the right to cancel the service.

5. Cancellation

Any cancellation must be notified in writing.

• More than 30 days before the show: 50% deposit refunded
• Less than 30 days: deposit retained
• Less than 7 days: full amount due

In case of unfavorable weather, the show is rescheduled at no additional cost.

6. Weather conditions

Drone shows require favorable weather conditions:

• Wind below 35 km/h
• No rain or fog
• Sufficient visibility

In case of unfavorable weather, the show is rescheduled to a mutually agreed later date.

7. Authorizations

Spectacle Drones handles obtaining the necessary prefectural and DGAC authorizations.

The client agrees to provide necessary information about the event venue.

8. Liability

Spectacle Drones has Professional Liability insurance covering all its activities.

The liability of Spectacle Drones is limited to the service amount in case of dispute.

9. Applicable law

These GTC are subject to French law.

Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
